Noel Allen has been the pastor at the Chipman Church since the summer of 2003. He was born and raised on a farm in Iowa - the youngest of five boys. His wife, Paula, is a liscenced clinical social worker.
He and Paula have two children. Joe is married Jessie Doty and they have two boys and one on the way. Rachel, married to Robby Bowles, live near Ithaca.
The Allens moved to the North Country to buy a horse farm for Paula's equine therapy pracitce. They currently have seven horses at their Pray Road Stables.
